What a frenzied few months! Finally, it's all over and done with. All the planning, the choosing and mini-fights (out of frustration) to organise the biggest day of our lives is finally O-V-E-R... and I couldn't be more glad.
The gowns and suits are being returned, presents opened and stored, life is getting back to being "normal" - with the exception of having some other person sharing your life with you - for the rest of your life!
The vows have been made, the promises repeated, and rings placed on each other's finger... a symbol of life together into the unknown.
It's off to the honyemoon now... coffee (with a hash-brown) in Amsterdam, romantic gondola ride in Venice, kissing atop the Eifle Tower in Paris - I can't wait!
This is going to be an exciting journey... and I can't wait to live it!
